Her eclectic career spans business management, performing arts, and
serving as a Dega Catering crew chief for over a decade, working with iconic musicians such as Bob Dylan, Justin Timberlake, and Keith Urban. Guided by her motto, “Don’t shrink. Bloom,” Kara empowers others to unlock their full potential through a creative, whole-brain coaching approach that inspires growth, resilience, and balance.

Influenced by thought leaders like Brené Brown and MindValley, she combines innovation withpersonal storytelling to help clients live authentically. A passionate advocate for the arts, Kara has served as the Murfreesboro Performing Arts Laureate, earned recognition as one of Nashville’s Business Women of Influence, and leads transformative Wellness Weekends in the

Currently, Kara also serves as the General Manager of ECCHO Live, a nonprofit organizationdedicated to providing human resources support for live event professionals.
